LYSANN WINDISCH
Director of Distribution MUBI Germany
Lysann Windisch managed several art house cinemas in Munich and Berlin for over 5 years, and curated and organised festivals and film events with a focus on Eastern European cinema. In 2018, she joined the Chinese-European producers’ association Bridging the Dragon as manager for festivals and partnerships. Starting 2019, she managed NEXT WAVE, an international training programme of the Berlin Film School DFFB focused on innovative distribution strategies in the film market.
Since 2020, she has been in charge of MUBI Germany’s marketing activities and, as Director of Distribution Germany, she has been responsible for its German distribution division starting 2022. She is also a mentor of the CICAE training programme for exhibitors in Venice.

The workshop gives participants the opportunity to discuss their projects with sales, marketing, VOD platform, festival, distribution and PR experts. Speakers and experts are chosen for their expertise in their respective field and for their ability to share their know-how and to support producers.
